This 3,342sqm faculty complex is home to seven (7) science and engineering laboratories and a mechanical workshop building of 800sqm attached to the main faculty building.

The building was completed in two phases: 
Phase 1 (Structural frame only); 
Phase 2: Finishes only and Workshop building 

The highlights of this project is the 14.6m long cantilever beam at the roof floor and grazing the approach façade of the building, and also included claims management, contract negotiation and procurement of subcontractors.
