REDGREY Associates (RGA) is an indigenous, full service consultancy firm with a team of highly qualified, competent and experienced professionals in the building and construction industry with a mandate and commitment to deliver cutting-edge services and solutions within budget, time and to top quality.
RGA was founded  by two friends  (an Architect and an Engineer) and was initially known as PDC.. The partners’ vision was to provide high quality building advisory and consultancy services to Clients , giving priority to Clients who carry out educational and social work and to inspire RGA employees so that they are professionally competent and proud of contributing to the good of society through their professional work.

The company has grown over the years into a team of well-rounded professionals across various competencies. Our attention to detail, a culture of excellence and ‘after-sales’ service  are our most distinguishing attributes.

In 2007, REDGREY Associates was incorporated as a Partnership under the COMPANIES AND ALLIED MATTERS ACT 1990. Since then, we have delivered and strive to continuously deliver excellent and outstanding service to all our clients.

Leadership Team
Maurizio Fattarelli

Maurizio is the Founding Partner of Redgrey Associates.

His leadership, mentorship and well-rounded engineering, cost management and technical skills have seen RGA churn out value-centric and cutting-edge solutions to its diverse clients.

Maurizio completed his tertiary education in Italy where he earned a Dottorato in Engineering. His 40+ years’ experience working in the Nigerian construction industry has included 10 years with Lodigiani Nigeria Ltd, leaving as director of technical office, and 15 years for Cappa and D’Alberto Plc as Project Manager and Project Coordinator with high profile projects to his name such as Mobil HQ, Mobil Plaza, Lagos and Nitel HQ, Abuja.

Maurizio is a COREN registered Engineer in Nigeria and has keen interests in Value engineering and Structural engineering. He currently serves as Head of the Engineering and Technical department and is an active, decision-making Partner in Redgrey Associates.
Adesuwa Olamiju

Adesuwa has over 10 years cognate experience in the construction industry spanning across Quantity surveying, Contract management and Project management with proven skills in procurement, contract and vendor management, operations procedure development and team building.

She has a BSc. in Quantity Surveying from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and an MSc. in Operations, Project and Supply Chain Management from the Alliance Manchester Business School, Manchester, United Kingdom.

Adesuwa is a certified International Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Registered Quantity Surveyor (RQS) in Nigeria with keen interests in project, procurement and contract management. She currently heads the Project Management and Quantity surveying department and is a Partner in RedGrey Associates.
Mayowa Oshinloye

Mayowa is a highly experienced professional with keen interests and requisite training in Project management and an academic background in Civil engineering.

His 16 years stint in Redgrey saw him gradually rise up the rank from a Graduate Structural Engineer to the Head of the Engineering department. In his time as Head of Engineering, he brought structure to the team, improved project delivery and was responsible for consistently mentoring young undergraduates through internship programs. He later went on to pursue his passion for project execution and management.

Mayowa has an MSc. in Project Management from University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School. He currently serves as Project Manager and Partner in Redgrey.
