The project is located at Victoria Island, Lagos and comprises of a 10 storey office complex and a 2 storey carpark by its side. This structure has a total floor area of 7,500m2. RGA was commissioned on this project to deliver value engineering services and provide engineering solutions to the Contractor on buildability concerns.
